A fairy and dragon trail is coming to Bereleigh House in East Meon at Easter.
The trail starts in the beautiful grounds of Bereleigh House with some obvious signs of our mystical friends, but it continues into the adjacent woodland where it will be harder to spot the shy and sometimes mischievous creatures.
Magnificent unicorns, dancing fairies, fiery dragons and even the odd boggart have been spotted here.
As you return along the avenue of trees that form Church Walk, you will be greeted with wonderful views across the Meon Valley before re-entering the garden, and yet more mystical creatures will reveal their whereabouts – but look up as well as down if you want to spot them all.
Let your imagination and your feet run wild as you explore this enchanted garden. Be on the lookout as our fairy friends, beautifully sculpted in willow, could be hiding anywhere. Feel free to dress up as a fairy, dragon or unicorn and don’t forget to visit the wishing tree.
The trail runs from April 1 to 16 and at weekends up to and including May 1.
The cost is £9 over-16s, £6.50 children aged two to 16 and £26 family (two adults and up to three children).
Trail packs, including a colouring/story book, map, pencils and wishing ribbon, cost £1.50. Fairy and dragon outfits will be for sale and refreshments will be available.
