FORMER Heath End School pupil Joseph Abrahart is living his dream after winning a soccer scholarship to MacEwan Univerity in Canada.
Joseph, who once played for Ash United youth, moved with his family to Alberta, Edmonton three years ago. At 18, he became the youngest ever member of the MacEwan Griffins men’s team.
The left-sided wing-back made a dream appearance as substitute on Sunday, scoring the late winner with a delightful chip as the Griffins beat Calgary 1-0 in a Canada West fixture.
