Waverley drew their timed match at Medstead on Sunday.

Waverley batted first and lost opener Mike Tiley for five. Jim Wright and Chris Beanland (76) added 172 for the second wicket, with Wright scoring a club-record 164. Waverley finished on 270 for four.

Medstead scored 187 for seven in reply to earn a draw, with Gareth Phillips scoring 132 not out.
