The two-bedroom property at Rose Corner, Junction Place, is among 139 lots across southern England listed by Clive Emson Auctioneers, regional land and property auctioneers.

Richard Payne, a senior auction appraiser and auctioneer with Clive Emson Auctioneers, said: “The property is arranged as two self-contained flats plus a garage which forms part of a potential development site with planning consent for a one-bedroom dwelling.
