The Farnham Help for Refugees community group is calling for local residents to help those facing hardship.
They will be hosting their next aid collection event at William Cobbett Primary School in Weybourne Road on Friday, March 22.
Trainers and clothes in good condition are particularly needed for all ages and genders but there is a vital need too for male clothing.
Items such as sleeping bags and backpacks are required as well as toys and games for children.
All of the items collected go towards helping refugees and asylum seekers in the UK and northern France.
It doesn’t matter what or where the refugee crisis is – Farnham Help for Refugees are there to help those who have fled their nations because of war, persecution and famine.
