Aerial footage has revealed the dramatic transformation of the long-awaited Brightwells Yard development in Farnham over the past five years.

Developer Crest Nicholson has released drone video showcasing the construction progress from July 2019 to its near-completion in September 2024.

After facing several delays, the project is expected to be fully operational by 2025.

The mixed-use development next to the River Wey will feature a 25-unit shopping centre, a cinema, bars and restaurants, as well as public spaces, parking, and 239 apartments.

Jetts 24-Hour Gym opened on October 28, with Monte Fiorte pizzeria set to launch on December 2. Nando’s restaurant and Pirates Landing soft play area are also slated to open branches at Brightwells Yard.
