A RELATIONSHIP that shows no sign of ending has been celebrated at a business hub and innovation centre in Bordon.
BASE Bordon and Pivale have been inseparable since the former opened its doors in Louisburg Barracks in 2018.
The latter has been an ever-present in the historic Officers’ Mess ever since with the two coming together to herald the sixth anniversary of the centre’s launch.
Pivale – a digital firm which specialises in building and improving websites and apps – was called Real Life De-sign when launched by director Barry Fisher in 2007.
A friend who was building websites for a host of major music labels at the time took an interest in Barry’s work, with bigger clients and expansion following.
Pivale currently have two office spaces at BASE with the second being recently acquired to make their growing team more comfortable.
Barry is proud of his team and the ongoing success of his firm, which was also the first to sign as a customer in the Broxhead House premises.
He said: “I really like the building and the people – we get on with everyone.
“We’re always looked after really well. The building, the people, and the environment are great, and it’s nice to be able to come away to work instead of working from home.”
The business support offered to all customers has proved to be a real benefit to Pivale, something BASE’S business growth manager Michael Gordeev is keen to plug.
He said: “I’ve been excited to see how quickly Barry and his team took the learnings on board and started implementing the road map I helped them create.”
