People aiming to recycle as much as they can are now able to put a range of items in the Terracycle bins at the Alton Energy Advice and Eco Café.

The café, at 16 Market Square, is open from Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to midday.

Items that can be recycled there include bread and biscuit wrappings, confectionery wrappings, washing powder pouches and dishwasher detergent wrappings.
