Drivers in and around East Hampshire will have 11 National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

And three of them are expected to cause delays of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure already in place is expected to carry on this week:

• A3, from 9pm October 23 2023 to 6am March 28 2024, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 both directions Hindhead Tunnel, Contraflow for electrical work.

And a further 10 closures will begin over the next two weeks:

• A3, from 8pm February 20 to 5am February 21, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 southbound, Griggs Green, slip road and lane closure for signage work.

• A3, from 8pm February 23 to 6am February 24, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 northbound, Sheet, slip road and lane closures for signage work.

• A3, from 9pm February 23 to 6am February 24, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A3M southbound, junction 2, slip road closure for barrier repairs.

• A3, from 8pm February 26 to 6am February 27, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 southbound, Chalton to A3M, junction 2, Lane closures for electrical work.

• A3, from 8pm February 26 to 6am February 27, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 southbound, Liphook, Services and lane closures for carriageway sweeping.

• A27, from 8pm February 26 to 6am February 27, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A27 both directions Harts Farm Way, link road and lane closures for drainage work.

• A27, from 9pm February 26 to 6am February 28, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A27 eastbound, Harts Farm Way, slip road and teardrop closure for inspection work.

• A3, from 9pm February 26 to 6am February 27, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A3M southbound, junction 2, entry slip road closure for construction improvement works, diversion via National Highways Network.

• A3, from 8pm February 28 to 6am March 1, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 northbound, Chalton, slip road and lane closures for resurfacing work.

• A3, from 8pm March 4 to 6am March 23, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A3 both directions Berelands, carriageway closure between the exit and entry slips for structures work.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
