Commuters have faced frustration, delays and cancellations on the roads and rails around East Hampshire and south west Surrey this morning.
Morning rail services between Petersfield and Haslemere were cancelled this morning due to a problem with the third rail between the two stations.
Engineers have been called out with services between Portsmouth and London Waterloo being re-routed via Eastleigh and Basingstoke.
Engineers are onsite and services have started resuming according to South Western Railway but passengers have been advised to check and allow extra time for their journey.
Congestion on the northbound A3(M) around Horndean has been reported while routes into Farnham remain clogged due to the ongoing closure of the A325 Wrecclesham Road between the Coxbridge roundabout and railway bridge.
Traffic is queuing into Farnham from The Bourne while queues on Ridgway Road, Arthur Road, Weydon Lane and the bypass have also been reported.
