Funded by The Lion’s Den, senior residents in Alton attended an Anna Chaplaincy Christmas event at the Methodist Church on November 29. 

Part of Alton Lion’s Den Community Grant Project, the event got 40 attendees in the Christmas spirit with carols and shopping.

Kate Powell, Alton’s Anna Chaplain said: “I am so grateful the Lion’s Den chose the Anna Chaplaincy as one of the projects to support as their gift touched the lives of lots of older people as they enjoyed an early Christmas treat.”
