Stunned man from Haslemere thought he was getting pranked after winning dream car.

For car enthusiast Harrison Cooper from Haslemere, a lifelong dream has now become a reality. He was left ‘stunned’ after receiving a phone call informing him that he is now the proud new owner of a Nissan R34 GT-R – a prize he chose over an £85,000 cash pot.

Harrison said: “I missed the first call and received a text message saying, ‘It’s Dream Car Giveaways, call us back’. I thought it must have been a prank at first.

“When I first spoke to the guys on the phone, I was in complete shock and had no clue what to say or do.”

The reality of his win only began to sink in as Harrison approached the Dream Car Giveaways headquarters.

“It really didn’t hit home what I had won until I was 30 seconds away from their HQ on my collection day.”

Harrison, accompanied by his cousin, was greeted by Simon Bucknell and his dream R34 GT-R at the Dream Car Giveaways HQ.

There was no doubt in Harrison's mind that he would choose the GT-R over the £85,000 cash prize.

Harrison and his cousin spent nearly two hours chatting with Simon Bucknell about all the cars in the unit.

“They allowed me and my cousin to look at all the future competition cars as well as the current projects they are working on.”

Harrison, who had dreamt of owning an R34 for years, can hardly believe his luck.

He has now been added to Dream Car Giveaways' list of more than 10,000 winners since the business's inception back in 2018, with more than £96,000,000 in prizes given out to winners.
