Haslemere Hall will once again be hopping with the return of the Haslemere Beer Festival on September 6 and 7. Now in its 16th year, this much-anticipated event promises a celebration of the finest cask ales, craft beers, and lagers, all sourced from Surrey, Sussex, and Hampshire.

Supporting local breweries is key, with all beers and ciders priced at just £5 per pint. The festival's popular High Spirits Bar will also serve gin, rum, and vodka at the same great price, with mixers included.

The festival is not just about great drinks; it’s a feast for the ears too. Each evening will feature four live bands, offering a mix of genres from Folk Funk to Singalong Cover Favourites, so there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Foodies are in for a treat as well. In the evenings, Colombo Kingston Kitchen will serve a fusion of Sri Lankan and Jamaican street food, while Saturday lunchtime will offer a traditional Ploughman’s lunch, complete with the legendary Bells Butchers pork pies. Vegetarian options will also be available.

This year’s raffle will support SERV Surrey & London, a charity providing free transportation of medical supplies and donated breast milk across the region. The prize draw, with contributions from breweries and sponsors, will take place each evening.

Haslemere Hall, located just five minutes from the station, will turn into the perfect destination for beer lovers. For tickets and more details, visit www.haslemerebeerfestival.co.uk or call 01428 642161. Entry is limited to those aged 18 and over; ID will be requested.
