HAMPSHIRE’S Police and Crime Commissioner has invited the county’s residents to take part in her latest online Q&A this evening (Tuesday, January 23).
Donna Jones and Chief Constable Scott Chilton will take part in a session at 6pm.
It will be live-streamed across three Facebook pages – the PCC’s, the Office of the Police & Crime Commissioner, and Hampshire Police’s with questions welcome in advance or during the session.
Mrs Jones said: “My role as your Commissioner is to be that critical link between the police and the public making sure that an effective and efficient police service is being delivered.
“These live COPS events are the perfect opportunity to provide this valuable scrutiny and I’m looking forward to putting your questions to the Chief Constable.
“Shoplifting, rural crime and the 101 service all have a profound impact on residents, business and communities across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight which is why we’re going to focus on these three in detail for the first COPS of 2024.”
Questions can be submitted in advance via an online form at COPS: LIVE Q&A January 2024.
