Witley’s popular music festival WitStock is set to return this May promising to be bigger, better and longer than ever.
The festival will take place next Saturday (May 13) at the Chichester Recreation Ground in Witley, and will bring together local groups, businesses, charities and line-up of outstanding local musicians.
The festival will kick off at midday and run until 4pm, with a host of stalls supporting local charities and small local businesses.
Festival-goers can also indulge in some fabulous food options, with stalls from the White Hart Witley, Surrey Wood Fired Pizza, Ollo Foods and the Witley Cricket Club barbecue, as well as the popular cinnamon buns from Wild Garlic.
The main stage will be managed by The Music Works, showcasing emerging local talent, while the Arena will host local fitness expert Tina Dicker and a dog show.
In the evening, the festival will continue with the WitStock Sundowner, kicking off at 4pm and running until 7pm. With live music from Laurel Canyon and The Genuine Counterfeits, food, and drink, the Sundowner promises to be Surrey’s hottest evening event.
WitStock helps to raise funds for local causes and organisations in the Witley community, including schools and the Scouting and Guide movement.
The WitStock team said: “WitStock is a staple of the Witley community calendar. It is the chance for people to come together and make a difference to local lives while having a lot of fun. We welcome everyone to come along and spend time together at our annual flagship community event.”
