Spring may seem a long way off but it is never too early to start planning for Farnham’s annual duck race.
The event, organised by Farnham Weyside Rotary Club and which epitomises springtime in the town, takes place on Saturday, April 29 from midday to 3.30pm.
This fun family event – which also includes food and drink stalls and entertainment as well as the duck race on the River Wey at Gostrey Meadow – is expected to be to be bigger and better than ever.
“This is an opportunity for local charities to bring their work to a wider public and take part in an enjoyable occasion,” said Rotary’s Michael Buttler.
“If your charity has not already booked its space, you should email [email protected]”
