Drama is building as villagers have been prompted by the Players of Elstead Theatrical Society (PETS) to attend the group’s open evening in the youth centre next Wednesday (April 23).

The event will feature a crowd-pleasing mix of information and entertainment with cheese, wine and refreshments being provided along with sketches, music and songs.
But more importantly, it will also give visitors the chance to learn more about PETS and how people can get involved in everything from acting to set design.
“PETS are actively reaching out to potential new members of all ages for help on and off the stage,” said a spokesperson.
