The merry-go-round that is East Hampshire District Council's waste collection service continued on Thursday.
Again, the council claimed to have caught up with the previous day's missed collections - but at the expense of a number of today's collections in Petersfield, which will be completed tomorrow.
A council spokesman said: "Our provider has cleared all outstanding work from yesterday and most collections scheduled for today are complete.
"Unfortunately, due to the catch up from yesterday, there are some recycling collections outstanding in the Petersfield area.
"Crews will return first thing tomorrow. Please leave your bin out to avoid being missed.
"If you notice that your neighbours’ bins have been collected but yours hasn’t, please report it as missed using your MyEHDC account."
It comes after East Hampshire leader Richard Millard apologised to residents for its “unacceptable” bin collection service last week.
