East Hampshire's motorists will have seven road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.
But drivers will be able to take some solace in the fact that all of them are only expected to cause slight delays, of under 10 minutes.
The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure already in place is expected to carry on this week:
• A3, from 6am July 25 to 6am August 31, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 northbound and southbound, Hazell Grove to Liphook, diversion route only for Southern Gas Networks works.
And a further six closures will begin over the next seven days:
• A3, from 8pm August 8 to 6am August 12, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 northbound, Berelands, slip road and lane closures for drainage work, diversion via National Highways network.
• A3, from 8pm August 10 to 6am August 11, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 southbound, Longmoor, slip road and lane closures for barrier repairs, diversion via National Highways network.
• A3, from 8pm August 12 to 6am August 16, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 southbound, Weston, slip road and lane closures for drainage works, diversion via National Highways network.
• A3, from 8am August 13 to 8pm August 14, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 Oueen Elizabeth Country Park, South Downs Show.
• A3, from 8pm August 16 to 6am August 23, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 southbound, Queen Elizabeth Country Park, slip road and lane closures for signage repairs, diversion via National Highways network.
• A3, from 8pm August 22 to 6am August 26, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 northbound and southbound, Hindhead Tunnel, Contraflow for tunnel maintenance, diversion via Highways England network.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
