East Hampshire's motorists will have four road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.

And two of them are expected to cause delays of between 10 minutes and half an hour.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that two closures already in place are expected to carry on this week:

A3, from 8pm June 28 to 6am October 3, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A3 northbound, Hazel Grove to Thursley, carriageway and lane closures for communications work.

A3, from 9pm June 7 to 6am October 5, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 both directions Hindhead Tunnel, Contraflow for electrical work.

And a further two closures will begin over the next two weeks:

A3, from 8pm September 17 to 6am September 21, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 northbound, Liphook, Lane closures for inspection work.

A3, from 9pm September 19 to 6am September 20, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A3 northbound, Longmoor to Thursley, carriageway and lane closures for technology work.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
