A firm which provides homecare around East Hampshire and south west Surrey has been awarded a global benchmark at its first attempt.

Right at Home Alton and Bordon has been given a Silver accreditation by Investors in People following an extensive process that began early this year.

The benchmark shows the homecare provider – which also delivers personal care in Hindhead, Churt and Bentley – proves their commitment to making work a better place for all its staff.

The IIP team conducted an extensive audit, interviews and a company-wide survey to build a detailed understanding of RAH’s strengths and areas for development.

And the feedback was glowing with IIP calling RAH a “great organisation to work for” with flexible working practices and supportive line managers.
