A caregiver from Right at Home Guildford & Farnham has been honoured at a national awards ceremony for his commitment and dedication to his clients.

Marius Bancioiu was crowned caregiver of the year at Right at Home UK’s annual celebration awards.

Bancioiu came in for particular praise for his support and empathy for older male clients.

Right at Home Guildford & Farnham managing director Alastair Shanks said: “We pride ourselves on only employing the best caregivers and Marius is one such example.

“We are delighted he has been recognised for his commitment and dedication.

“He has a unique way of forging meaningful relationships with his clients and their families and often sacrifices his own time to support clients in living full lives.

“Marius is a fantastic role model and is looked up to by the team. He sets the care bar very high and we are very lucky to have him on board.”
